Angel Art is a tattoo, piercing, body jewellery and alternative retail studio based in Mullingar, Ireland, providing professional body art services alongside a curated selection of spiritual, magick, alternative and creative products.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made through our booking system, by contacting the studio, or through approved booking channels.

When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information including:

• Your full name
• Contact details
• Requested service
• Relevant health or suitability information where required

Angel Art reserves the right to refuse service where we believe a treatment may be unsafe, unsuitable, or where a client does not meet legal requirements.

3. Deposits & Payments

Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits:

• Secure your appointment date and time
• Are deducted from the final cost of your service where applicable
• Are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled or missed with less than [X] days’ notice

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests where availability allows.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in deposits being forfeited or future bookings requiring payment in advance.

4. Tattoo Terms & Conditions

Every tattoo created at Angel Art is a unique piece of artwork developed between the client and artist. We specialise in custom tattoo designs and work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful pieces.

Please understand:

• Tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of the tattoo artist unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to decline tattoo requests that conflict with our professional standards.
• Final tattoo placement, size, colour, style and suitability will be discussed during consultation.
• The appearance of healed tattoos can vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, placement and aftercare.

Clients must provide honest information regarding allergies, medical conditions, medications, skin conditions or other factors that may affect tattooing.

5. Piercing Terms & Conditions

Angel Art provides professional piercing services using appropriate hygiene and safety practices, alongside a range of quality body jewellery options.

Before receiving a piercing:

• Clients must provide accurate personal and health information.
• Age verification may be required.
• Consent forms must be completed where applicable.
• Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.

Angel Art cannot guarantee specific healing times as healing varies between individuals.

Clients are responsible for following aftercare guidance. Poor healing caused by incorrect aftercare, trauma, removal of jewellery, or failure to follow advice may not be considered a fault of Angel Art.

6. Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 or over for tattoo services. Proof of age is required.

Angel Art reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate identification cannot be provided.

7. Jewellery Purchases & Fittings

We offer a selection of body jewellery, including pieces suitable for healed piercings and jewellery upgrades.

When purchasing jewellery:

• Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate styles, sizes and materials with guidance from our team.
• Jewellery sizing and fitting advice is provided to help achieve the best result.
• Jewellery that has been worn, opened, or fitted may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

8. Online Shop Terms

When placing an order through our online shop:

• You agree that all information provided is accurate.
• Orders are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where errors occur, including pricing or stock errors.
• Payment must be received before orders are processed.

Product images are provided as accurately as possible; however, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screens and lighting.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Earrings, body jewellery and piercing-related products cannot generally be returned once opened, worn or fitted.
• Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

For other products, returns may be accepted in accordance with Irish consumer protection legislation, provided items are unused, unopened and returned within the applicable timeframe.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

10. Gift Vouchers

Angel Art gift vouchers:

• May be used towards eligible services or products.
• Cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
• Must be presented or referenced when redeeming.
• Should be treated as cash; lost vouchers cannot always be replaced.

Voucher expiry periods, if applicable, will be clearly stated at purchase.

11. Workshops, Events & Parties

Angel Art hosts creative workshops, events and activities suitable for different ages and abilities.

Activities may include:

• Creative workshops
• Craft activities
• Art classes
• Birthday parties
• Alternative and seasonal events

Activities may be adapted depending on age, ability and group requirements.

Parents, guardians or attendees remain responsible for providing relevant information regarding allergies, accessibility needs or other requirements.

12. Health & Safety

Clients and visitors must:

13. Aftercare Responsibility

Angel Art provides professional guidance regarding tattoo and piercing aftercare.

However, clients are responsible for:

• Following aftercare instructions
• Keeping treated areas clean
• Avoiding unnecessary irritation
• Attending recommended check-ups where required

Results and healing outcomes vary between individuals.

All content on www.angelart.ie including images, text, logos, artwork and branding belongs to Angel Art unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify or use website content without written permission.

15. Privacy

Angel Art respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR requirements.

Information collected through bookings, purchases or enquiries is used only for providing services, processing orders and communicating with customers.

16. Limitation of Liability

Angel Art takes every reasonable precaution to provide safe, professional services.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for:
